About the Role

As a Digital Marketing & Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in executing our digital marketing strategies, generating leads, nurturing customer relationships, and driving sales growth. You will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to implement campaigns, analyze performance, and optimize our digital presence. We are looking for a proactive and resourceful individual with a strong understanding of digital marketing principles and a passion for sales.

Responsibilities

• Digital Marketing Campaign Execution: Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, search engine optimization (SEO), and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising.
• Lead Generation and Qualification: Identify and qualify potential leads through online research, social media engagement, and other digital channels.
• Content Creation and Management: Contribute to the creation of engaging and informative content for our website, blog, social media channels, and email marketing campaigns.
• Social Media Management: Manage and grow our social media presence, engaging with followers, responding to inquiries, and creating compelling content.
• Email Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, promote our products and services, and drive conversions.
• SEO/SEM: Assist in optimizing our website and content for search engines (SEO) and manage pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns.
• Sales Support: Provide support to the sales team by preparing proposals, presentations, and other sales materials.
• Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in our CRM system.
• Performance Analysis and Reporting: Track and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns and sales activities, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.
• Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and sales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing and sales.
• Proven track record of success in generating leads and driving sales growth.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
• Experience with social media management, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and PPC advertising.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to meet deadlines.
• Must reside in Kampala, Uganda and have reliable internet access.

Bonus Points
