5 Payment & Billing Terms

Fees & Charges

Certain Services require payment as specified in our pricing documentation or service agreements. All fees are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified and are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in your service agreement.

Invoicing

Invoices are issued according to your service agreement terms. Payment is typically due within 30 days of invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Late Payments

Late payments may incur interest charges of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is lower. We reserve the right to suspend Services for non-payment after reasonable notice.

6 Termination & Suspension

Either party may terminate the Services under the following conditions:

Standard Termination

Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice to the other party

Termination for Breach

We may terminate immediately if you violate these Terms or engage in prohibited conduct

Legal Requirement

We may terminate if required by law or to comply with legal obligations

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. Provisions relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution survive termination.

7 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sisi Labs and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100 USD if no payment was made.

8 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Uganda, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
